In one of his Audioletters from 1977, Dr. Peter Beter revealed what he knew about the covert base on the Moon erected by the Rockefeller’s and their puppet regime.

From a restricted military base in a remote area of the Indian Ocean (one of America’s largest overseas bases: Diego Garcia Island), this secret, classified space program successfully created the “perfect moon-port … from which secret missions to the moon have been launched during the building of the moon base.”

A friend of mine who was in the air force from 50's and 60's told me about 10 years ago he knew for a fact there was a base on the moon. He said it was a secret who they told because people would just laugh.

they claim they picked up transmissions during the apollo mission where Armstrong observed vehicles assembled around the rim of a crater...

These structures are always near craters. Those craters were not from asteroid impacts but massive weapons.
There was a war, but between who is uncertain.

There are a lot of anomalies with the Moon’s craters.

The tunnels beneath the surface that they keep finding are probably the most plausible location for any bases.

What if the real 'Moon Bases' are actually deep underground.

and the only orb that can do that is a CRAFT and if it admitted its won light.... you would not see it as a half moon.. full moon and all that.

If that's true then does it necessarily mean there isn't a moon that is able to support a base?

The flat Earth theory also supports the idea of a self-luminous moon made of plasma—with no rocky body to support a landing.
