More ppl should look into that, imo. It’s not cheap post construction but there are several products one could use if only in their bedrooms to minimize the effects; reflective paint (y-shield), special tint for the windows, radiant barrier for attic, they even have canopies that go over your bed as well as linens. |

The third sound is called a binaural beat, and in this example would have a perceived pitch correlating to a frequency of 10 Hz, that being the difference between the 530 Hz and 520 Hz pure tones presented to each ear |

User ID: 79989462 United States 03/25/2021 11:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Could this have anything to do with tinnitus? I have had tinnitus since 2002. I have always theorized that the cause of my tinnitus was either moving from a small quiet town to a noisy metropolitan area in 1977, or possibly it was attending a church starting in 1998 where they played loud music during worship. I'm not sure of the cause really. Perhaps it is hereditary? My mother is almost totally deaf. She can hear a little with a hearing aid and she can read lips. All I know for sure is starting in about March of 2002 I noticed a ringing or buzzing sound all day and night. I noticed it first when I always used to often sit on my porch swing from Spring to fall in the mornings and one Spring day I realized I was hearing what sounded like cicadas in late summer or August but this was March and we never hear cicadas buzzing in the tops of trees that time of year. I got my hearing screened and was told I had a slight hearing loss. I've learned to live with it, but I still miss the sound of quiet. I do think it causes me to get mild headaches and a little depression. I seem to tire easier and need more sleep. There is support groups for people who suffer from tinnitus. The Americans who were evacuated worked at the American Consulate in the southern city of Guangzhou, and their colleagues and family members are being tested by a State Department medical team, officials said. It is unclear how many of them are exhibiting symptoms, but a State Department spokeswoman said Wednesday evening that “a number of individuals” had been sent to the United States for further testing. But it remains unclear whether the illnesses are the result of attacks at all. Other theories have included toxins, listening devices that accidentally emitted harmful sounds or even mass hysteria. Quoting: Roadkill Bill If so, do you know what the effects from exposure to it are? Are you being exposed to it? How to protect yourself from it? I'm creating this thread to explore this subject, because I, myself have been exposed to it again recently. In all likelihood, everyone has at some time or another. So, what is it? It's an inaudible frequency below 20 Hz that causes rapid changes in the humans such as fear for no reason, distorted vision, possible hallucinations, panic, depression, anger, anxiety, and sometimes, sickness and possible death! Sounds like mental heath issues right? Hmmmm. Can we look at this with an open mind? Where does this "sound" come from? Well, anywhere really. Storms can create infrasound. Earthquakes. Underground mining. Car/truck engines. Electrical/mechanical equipment. Basically anything can cause it. So, how do you know if you've been exposed? That's not exactly easy at first....but, it's what I want to discuss. Some call this the "ghost frequency". Somewhere around 18.98Hz. If I may add, the Shcumann Resonance of the earth can spike that high. Normally it's around 8hz. I have read though that the higher energized area of space our solar system is traveling in has elevated that frequency to closer to the 18hz you mention. I've not followed up to varify. And human brain Beta Waves (normal awareness) function in that range as well. |
