They know/assume X will hit. They need people to survive this.

They make vaccine. Typically vaccines do have side effects.
It is all about risk versus benefit.

They need to test more widely than in initial clinical test phase. What is feasible and pragmatic? Test in the elderly first.

If time is running short, there is no time for extensive testing.

Who needs to be protected first? Health care workers, teachers. Benefit here there are many younger women in these fields.
And children. They say they want to vaccinate children around fall already? X will not hit before fall, but soonish.

How to pull that all off in a hurry? Stage a pandemic.
It is clear that C is staged. There is no doubt about it. The only thing unclear is what it is about.

They do not care at this time about sheep versus non-sheep. They use science (including how to manage people) and they are pragmatic.

March 18, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Walmart has teamed up with providers of a digital immunity passport so that customers who receive the COVID-19 vaccine at thousands of the retail giant’s locations across America will be able to prove they’ve been vaccinated when such proof is required for them to travel, return to work or school, and attend sports events and other entertainment venues.

The company announced yesterday that customers vaccinated at Walmart and Sam’s Club will be able to access their vaccination records through the Health Pass by CLEAR app and TCP’s CommonHealth and CommonPass apps.
“These platforms are free to users who choose to use them in order to verify their vaccine status to safely return to travel, work, school, sports events, entertainment and other venues while protecting their health data privacy,” the company stated.

“Our goal is to give customers vaccinated at Walmart free and secure digital access to their vaccine record and enable them to share that information with third parties seeking to confirm their vaccination status,” said John Furner, CEO and President of Walmart US.

“We are proud to be the first retailer to strategically partner with both The Commons Project Foundation and CLEAR, and we look forward to working with them to empower people with digital access to their vaccination records so they can use them whenever and however they choose,” he added.

Watchdog groups have warned, however, that vaccine immunity passports will be used by those in power to restrict the rights and freedoms of those who refuse to go along with the medical experiment of receiving an unproven COVID-19 vaccine.

I spoke to a friend yesterday. She has 4 in her household - her, hubby, kid and elderly mother-in-law, aged 89. She has been extremely (paranoid) diligent for a year, worried that her mother-in-law could get sick. She made her working hubby sleep in the other side of the house - perpetual quarantine - for months, for example.

They have all been vaccinated except the kid.

They are itching to go ... somewhere probably Puerto Rico I forget ... and she said this to me ...

"We're waiting for the rules to change because, right now you need a COVID test to get on the island, and that will cost us at least 200 bucks each. When they start accepting vaccination cards, we'll go."

That is unlawful and fraudulent. Plain and simple. They continue to shed the virus. That endangers other people.

That won't work because the vaccine bottles are registered. When you are vaccinated they have to record the vaccine registration number. You need to find a doctor that will squirt it into the trash can instead of your arm. I'm sure they are out there, but they can't make it public. They would lose their license falsifying records, or charging for procedures not done.

Otherwise, you need to get a doctor or nurse to put a note in you record about you allergy to PEG. That will prevent being forced to take the shot, but won't get you Bill Gates' vaccination passport.

Sounds like Walmart is going to see a drop in sales soon.

I was in a Wally World in Nebraska yesterday, and only about half the people in the store had masks on. The employees all had masks, but about half had them under their noses. Nobody seemed the least bit concerned about the signs out front that still say "masks required". I went past the pharmacy and did not see any signs about vaccines or passports.
