Since human intestines are roughly 17 feet long, when you finished this sandwich masterpiece, you'd be completely full and will have reached sandwich Nirvana. |

One of the ingredients is a marinated pork utilizing sour orange juice, sour orange trees are a variety of orange used as a grafted root stock, some use grapefruit as a substitute. I don’t like most store bought bread, and while I make excellent homemade bread I haven’t done so recently. I have a yucky face look right now thinking of store bought bread. |

We brine our own beef, literally from the neighbor's field. And make our own sauerkraut (literally cabbage and salt in a sterile crock in the basement). The difference is unbelievable. I'm not much on the dressing/sauce but a little bit adds a nice tanginess. Also rye bread makes a world of difference. Plain whole grain will work in a pinch but then it seems as if something is missing from the sandwich.
