I love historical dreams, they can be really amazing especially if the details are so accurate to that time period.
I've had one dream that I can recall where it was in historic Rome and I was walking through a market. Very fun.

I use my dreams to navigate places before I arrive for spiritual experiences. I have found amazing things unfound on tourism maps.  Yes to some degree. It's quite an amazing thing to get a subjective experience like a dream, suddenly have an objective relationship to reality. Deja Reve has been the prime example in my life of dreams and reality as having an interconnectedness most here are blind too.
