That depends on the skill of the RV person, or group. The biasing of our intellectual ego is one of the big challenges always with this skill.

That said, it can present information that may be valid but when it comes to unverifiable data ie we cannot prove it historically as no evidence to support remains then it's not going to be accepted rather just viewed as some possibility.

I think they may actually pull this off with quantum technology if they haven't already based on retrocausality and entanglement research.

The problem is with quantum decoherence and the Heisenberg's uncertainty principle are going to make that very difficult to get accurate but difficult doesn't mean impossible in my opinion.

If human consciousness can pull it off, technology could likely pull it off better once the mechanics are understood so the human intellectual ego is no longer a factor and just raw data flows unbiased.
