Its definetly a great sandbox to escape in im not able to have them when i want , but i dream everynight and recall a good portion .even that i enjoy and then musing over its symbolic associations , i wonder if its as easy as just saying to yourself i want to be lucid tonight.

Ive always been able to think of a time i want to wake and i wake up exactly that time ,no training just can at first i thought it was a fluke or just my natural amount of sleep but its not i can sleep 5 6,7,8 hrs and still snap awake
When i briefely think of a time i need to be up

It's a developmental skill so your brain really does grow with lucid dreaming to accommodate the processing demands so to speak. I've covered some of the fMRI studies in this thread. But if you want here's 1 month of courses for free, I've had this offer on since Christmas and barely anyone has taken advantage of it, so sad can't even give it away for free it seems was hoping more would just find out how fun training dreams this way can be. So if interested give it a whirl.

Just use: FREEBUNDLE and it's entirely free for 4 weeks of dream training.
