i would love to have an explanation on Whh

1) I m able to decide in my dream and wake up for real

2) Being aware i had this ability in the dream

Note: I m not a Lucid Dreamer
i cant re arrange at will my dream like a puzzle.. all this happened in the classic Movie secuence Dream...

i could say i m also dreaming having those 2 abilitys. not using thems being concient since as i say i m not a lucid dreamer

but since it happen so many times in so many dream scenarios..

i would like to know At least.. how it is possible an action taking in the dream being an actual wake up call...
