I did half the course up to Focus 12 when I had a lot of free time in my life and it was amazing.

Today I'm so occupied with work and life projects that I do not need to do the course for now but I will resume it when I have more time in my hands.

I was able to go out of my body several times with the technique explained in the tapes and several other times not even needing the tapes at all. Once you learn the technique is easy enough.

I was able to reach into other people's houses and describe their forniture with every detail. I know it's real because some years after I've stopped doing the tapes I still have some psychic powers active and could salute my grandpa when he left his body, he gave me specific instructions with certain words only my mom could understand so I know it was real.


Years later my father departed and I was also able to communicate with him several times, he told me of good news for the family 1 day prior to find out that my brother was getting a new kid and also knew 1 day in advance that my mom was ill because he was taking care of her that day.

The course is real and it will awake your dormant phychic powers, we all have this. It's just dormant after years and years of torment by the media, goverments and dumb people.

Thank you so much for doing this!! I know you said you did the convert back in 2004. WHat year are the actual recordings from? What is the source of the recordings? Were they on tape or cd's?

Have you ever compared the ones you have with current/modern recordings to see if you heard/felt any difference? Supposedly the modern recordings are watered down, which wouldn't surprise me. But I wonder how accurate this actually is? I read somewhere on one of the threads, that the recordings were being watered down/tampered with sometime in the 80's?

Hmm I'm gonna be honest. I listened and compared your version to a mainstream torrent version I already had. The voice is the same exactly. And what is said lines up identically on both versions. The sounds are identical (from what I can hear audibly). And the tracks have the exact same length. I only compared Wave 1 though.

The file sizes from your torrent are also identical to the file sizes from my other torrent files. The ONLY difference I've seen thus far is the MD5 checksum is different on your file checked against the other version that didnt come from you.

Again, it makes you wonder if the gateway experience was ever "watered down / altered" as some people say? Where did that theory come from? You say the one you listened to had a different voice, maybe you did hear a different version.

THEY ADDED SUBLIMINALS AND CHANGED THE TONES SO THAT YOU WOULD NOT SEEM TO NOTICE, BUT THEY DEFINITELY ALTERED THE NEWER RECORDINGS.

NUMEROUS PEOPLE HAVE SAID THESE OLDER RECORDINGS WORK SO WELL THAT THEY WERE ACTUALLY SCARED FROM THE EASE OF LEAVING THE BODY.

PEOPLE WHO OWN THE CURRENTLY PRODUCED ALTERED VERSION SAY THAT IT RELAXES YOU AND MAKES YOU FALL ASLEEP, BUT IT PRODUCES NO OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE AND ASTRAL TRAVEL WHATSOEVER.

I'm on the third track. Taking it slow and repeating each one until I think I "got it".

So far I can only say it seems to work as advertised. It's a combination of binaural beats and hypnotic inductions. Normally I'd be wary about hypnotic stuff (it's like giving the keys to your house to a stranger), but here it's done in the open while my rational mind is fully awake and able to monitor what's going on, so it feels safe to me.

I appreciate this thread so much. I have been using this for about a week now. Still on WAVE I and sessions 1 & 2.

It has been an amazing journey. I am looking for to progressing through LEVEL 10 and onward.

Below in no particular order is a youtuber 'Gary Fong' who I haven't watched also did a series on this. I will be watching this today.

OK, I tried.

I'm afraid these tapes aren't doing it for me after all. It seemed fine for the first few tracks, but then it took off in another direction - a direction where I cannot follow.

It's because these tapes rely on three things:


1. Binaural beats to stimulate the correct brain waves

2. Visualizations

3. Hypnotic inductions


The further you get into it, the heavier it relies on visualizations and hypnotic inductions. You are led to make certain visualizations, and then to use hypnotic inductions to turn them into quick triggers that recall a certain brain state on demand later.

Problem is, I can't visualize, and I am extremely resistant to being hypnotized as well, so the things that are supposed to be happening just aren't.

Pity. I really wanted this to work, but I guess my brain is too different from the norm.

I went to the website and clicked "start torrent".

it took about an hour to download.

i can't find where it downloaded to on my computer.

What i do notice is that for a half hour after it was 100% "downloaded" my computer seemed to be hosting those files. Everything I do is at 10% speed. I couldn't even shut down the browser I used to download.

Had to force restart.

I don't think I am doing this right. Still can't find anything on my computer.

And do I have to worry about suddenly hosting these files at random?

I downloaded it, but it just continues to load when I hit play.

Did a search for "wave II threshold one month pattterning" and found a YT channel called the "the gateway experience" and I'm assuming this is what I was trying to download.

So here it is for people without torrent or having difficulties playing/accessing it.

Looks like all of it was created in the last 4 weeks.

The problem with this is it has been streamlined as an mp3. Which strips away the deeper layers of programing. This is how they can get the files so small. You would really want the raw FLAC data in order to get the full effect.

Not trying to hijack op's responses, but just chiming in.

Read the advice on the first page of the thread, got torrent software and downloaded it just fine.

This is the real deal. You're safe to use it and it will not try to induce anything weird on yourself.

Each and every time I've tried during these years I felt only happiness.

It's not that easy to say something like that lately as you just cannot be 100% sure of what they are putting onto a binaural beat anymore.

I think you did not get the message through.
I've read all the Monroe Books and studied his course through the years. I know a lot about Monroe to know that he is completely AGAINST any type of hypnosis.

If you're not 100% aware of what you're doing and you do not 100% agree to do it by yourself with the tape's help, then this is a no-deal.

The tapes will not try to induce you anything but the visualization is a must. Why you may ask?, because that's basically the way you're going to move on the astral plane.

This is simply no way for you to move freely if you do not train your mind to visualize.

I was able to go out of the body several times (in the hundreads) and it was not until I completely fully understood how visualization worked that I was able to actually "move" out there.

If you think you can move by invoking your muscle to move you're gonna feel horrible and I mean literally, because the body will try to move and your soul will be unattached (out of sync) and that will trigger a most certain unpleasant experience, like a shockwave and complete inhability to move. It is distressing for an untrained mind.

When you learn to visualize (the whole purpose of doing the initial steps is to learn to control your mind) then you will instruct your mind to visualize moving and then you move, not because your mind invokes your muscles, but because YOU desire to move without triggering the muscle movement.

It works, I was able to travel to great distances with this technique. One time I was able to even travel outside of earth with such ease.

I was also able to detect bad presences close to me on my travels and sometimes the animales that were sleeping with me also detected them. It is no coincidence that one time that I was about to go on a travel I've felt a presence and before I returned to my body my dog was barking like if someone was in the room.

This is the real deal, the people that did this exact same tape and with extra help from Monroe were able to travel up to Focus 27 and even help loved ones depart. Monroe was the epitome of an honorable, well studied, decent and good man and I trust his materials 100%.

I've tried each and every course in existence, the majority is bullshit or filled with bullshit. This is not the case.

Do not confuse training with indoctrination. Do not confuse visualization with indoctrination. Do not confuse hard work with hypnosis training.

They are definitely NOT the same thing.

Also, visualization is imperative and truly important because it is about the ONLY tool that will protect you against bad spirits or entities in the astral plane.

This is why your first training will be on how to create your Energy Balloon. This will easily protect you against bad entities. Of course you can then turn this visualization into anything that works for you, it doesn't have to be the exact same visualization, but the tape must start somewhere because you DO NEED to visualize a form of protection for the protection to work.

This is also why later in the course it trains you to create your Energy Bar Tool, which can be anything that you like it to be as long as you understand that this is a TOOL that you need to carry with you every time you go out.

These are not stupid visualization, these are tools necessary for you to travel safely. Will you go out of your house without proper protection wondering around dangerous places?, I suppose not. The same principle applies to astral travel, which is also necessary to grow and meet the course objetives.

If you do not desire to astral travel, meet good/bad entities and learn to control your mind, then this course is definitely not for you.

Yes,used to create different levels of “focus” designed to help you travel in your mind outside your body.

Tapes are only good up until FOCUS 10. practice this until easy to achieve.


Then switch to techniques by Frank Kepple from astralpulse.

Astral Projection is now known as PHASING secondary to switching awareness to input streams in a separate phase from our current input stream. like switching channels on a tv.

there is a phone app called Phase or phasing, and has a list of techniques for most success using awake back to bed.

This is actually the better term for it, we are simply shifting focus into other bands of information and remaining conscious for that experience. We can directly experience and change the flow data with our intention.

YEARS AGO, WHEN I FIRST BEGAN WITH ANY OF THIS I HAD A FASCINATING EXPERIENCE.

I WAS LAYING ON MY COUCH AND FELT LEGS LIFT UPWARDS. OPENING MY EYES I SAW MY LEGS WERE STILL ON THE COUCH UNDER A BLANKET. IT WAS MY ASTRAL LEGS LIFTING UPWARDS.

A FEW MINUTES LATER I FOUND MYSELF STANDING IN A LOCKER ROOM WITH THREE DECEASED HUMANS. IT WAS SHOCKING AND I PULLED AWARENESS BACK TO MY PHYSICAL BODY. I OPENED MY EYES FOR A SECOND AND WAS ON THAT COUCH. I THE CLOSED THEM AND WAS INSTANTLY BACK IN THAT AFTERLIFE LOCKER ROOM.

ONE WOMAN ASKED THE OTHER "WHAT IS GOING ON WITH HIM?" THE OTHER WOMAN SAID "HE IS PHASING".
