The Wisdom of 7/11 Clerks - and why you should crush your multivitamin

not actually a 7/11 but a convenience store clerk just told me something very interesting.
i asked hey how are you doing-
clerk- actually, woke up feeling great today

me- nice dude! on the rare occasions i do that, i dont even question it.

clerk- yeah its weird because i barely slept and didnt eat much either... wasnt feeling too great on friday.

then i said- hey sometimes fasting can have a good affect on our metabolisms...

turns out not all clerks are created equal... this guy is actually smart. he then told me, about how the city of seattle reclaims five 55-gallon drums of undigested vitamins each year from their public waste systems. because the vitamins are so compressed that, our body cant fully make use of them.

guess you should never judge a book by its cover right?

you can learn a lot just by asking someone how their day is going.

and this is why i will be crushing my daily multivitamin from now on....
