Actually, it was a wet portable wooden ramp at West Point. President Trump showed caution descending the ramp. He never slipped...just looked down as he was descending. I think anyone would have been cautious. Steps are easier to walk down than a ramp. Have you ever walked forward down a hill? It's not easy.

Yesterday there was a post on Facebook about Biden falling up the stairs. One guy commented: "Well, Trump fell flat on his face walking down a ramp."
