To be clear, the implications of this are that all enlisted soldiers must make a choice: Loyalty to the constitution, or Loyalty to the establishment.

This policy confirms that the constitutionally mandated oath, for both elected officials and enlisted soldiers, is now a hollow set of words mandated by an obsolete document. Adherence to those words constitutes extremist gang activity.

Once the soldiers who choose loyalty to the constitution are purged, the only ones left will be openly hostile to the values. They will go through the motions as mandated by constitution as it stands today, but they are hollow words that have no meaning.
