Never heard of green bean stew, but I guess that's kind of similar to the Greek way of cooking beans in tomato sauce and olive oil. It's actually pretty good. They do peas that way too.

Green beans are just horrible anyways. My guy will hardly touch them unless they’re mixed in with lots of other stuff and cut into small pieces. I dunno mine is so picky that he has to eat what I cook because I only cook what he will eat and you can’t trust restaurants. Stew is not even an option “never gonna happen” is what he says about certain foods, including anything creamy or with gravy.

Stove, Skillet, Bacon, Diced potatoes, Chopped Onions, Thinly Chopped Green Beans, 5 eggs cooked in another skillet then added in, your favorite thin sliced cheese.. (happy Man). PS drain most of the grease after cooking the bacon; Break the bacon into small pieces.

I use Peanut oil (mostly) and a little sesame oil(flavor) when stir frying.. Rice, Broccoli, Chicken..ect

Around here (Pa) that is sometimes called crazy eggs or country breakfast. I cook my eggs separately. Then add them in as I serve them. This is the easiest way for me not to overcook the eggs. (Oh and Salt and Pepper too)..

What kind of meat do you use Chasity?

Beef. If cooking on the stove top I would use a cut with bone since it will simmer all day. I'm using slow cooker tonight.

Here's the ingredients for stove top, much better than slow cooker.

1 chopped onion fried until caramelized.
Beef with bone and seared in the onions and oil.
add green beans
tomatoes I used 2 cans diced and seasoned because I like the tomato sauce, tastier.
green peppers with or without heat
water
seasoning, paprika, either hot or sweet depending on your taste, a little black pepper and I use a *socialist powder vegetable bullion you can add fresh garlic or powder too.
simmer all day.
