Reincarnation do you have any memories of past lives.

No, just vague "memories" of movie and tv scenes, as well as mentally-constructed mind's eye-visuals of scenes I've read in books. There's a lot of that stuff all jumbled up in people's brains.

Not particularly but I have been obsessed with the 1840s and 1850s in America and the years leading up to the civil war and certain people involved. Ever since I was a tot. Once the Civil war actually starts, I lose interest.

I have never been able to actually figure out why. But I collect books and other things from the era.

I absolutely believe in reincarnation but I think it is more MUCH more complicated than we are led to believe. I think our soul is operating many different bodies in different times and different timelines.

I love these kinds of threads and I hope people share their stories.

No memories for me but I have met a soul I knew in another life. We recognized each other immediately but have no associations in this life. We explored from childhood to the present and could find nothing in common (schools/location/friends/jobs/anything!). We both concluded we were confused and went our separate ways. That was years ago, didn't realize until recently what happened.

these are not memories like we are used to them here
i found they are traits in our behaviour, where we can derive this information about our past selves or the real us

things we do, we do with elegance, smile and simplicity
long trained, these are most visible, like empathy for another form of life
and many other details you would not catch to learn in short life as you have..

My earliest memory of any profound moment was looking out an upstairs window of my childhood home and having the revelation, "I'm alive." It was a thunderbolt moment. I was way too young to have any philosophical or spiritual understanding, but it was absolutely transcendent and has always stuck with me. I have come to the conclusion that was the part of my consciousness that is eternal, recognizing my return to corporeality.

I have always wondered if I was hanged in the past I don't like anything touching my neck.

Apparently some parts of me have memories. Can't quite call it muscle memory...maybe cellular memory? Different than maybe ancestral memories.

Since I can remember, I have been eerily fascinated with Bubonic Plague pandemics. I did a paper on the 2nd pandemic in High School (History) then another on all three in Grad School (How Plague pushed development of Public Health and was a main driver of The Renaissance - This topic is WAY cool and somebody should do a film.)

Also, I have always despised being accused of something that is false, even if the accusation is something benign. There is an over-the-top internal reaction I can barely stand. In addition, I became obsessed with the Salem Witch trials when I was in third grade. I swore I would visit Salem one day. When “one day” arrived, I was in my 30s. We were passing through and had time to either do Salem or go to Harvard to see the glass flowers. I, of course, chose Salem - - then regretted it. I felt nauseated for three weeks after that visit. There is nothing entertaining about the various Salem tours; they are sickening. I hope that if there is reincarnation, and if “I” was involved in Witch Hunting, this “I” was the accused rather than the accuser.

I lived in India sometime between 1850-1920

I was a female, an Irish-Chewish woman with a fascination with the Occult and the emerging Kabbalah/Golden Dawn/Blavatsky this sort of thing.

I married a British Officer who was assigned to India, Bombay, I think, an older man with connections and influence (Probably a Mason)

He was pretty busy trying to Run his little corner of India and I basically whored around for Occult information. Breaking hearts, taking no prisoners, and probably spreading syphilis. I had deep red hair, curly and blue eyes and was attractive enough to manipulate and get what I wanted out of people.

I died a violent death, presumably caught by a jealous lover, maybe husband but I feel not, shot multiple times you can see my wounds now where my Psoriasis is strongest.

I wonder if I ever truly gained any occult knowledge that actually proved out to be useful in some way. I'm guessing tragically not.

I remember throwing rocks at Jesus. It's been bad luck for me ever since.

well i remember being born and all of the time spent in the womb, but there was more, from before the womb.

i was simply sitting alone, at a large table, in a vast well lit room, writing something on paper.

whatever it was was important and i had little 'time' left to write it.

then i remember someone's hand holding mine, neither male o female, just a hand.
it let go of mine and i ended up in the womb.
there was enough space for a long time.

so thats it.
no other memory of a past life...

except in dreams.
but that is different, isnt it?

so i did a little search on what 'trends' might have occurred, and i did find several articles on how facial recognition has trouble recognizing a person when they FIRST WAKE UP.

something about the puffiness maybe, they dont know why it happens.

does that happen to any of you guys? do you use FR to open your phones?
does it take a few minutes for it to recognize you?

No, not me...but I remember watching my daughter closely during her infancy.

She was SO aware and SO alert. (Unvaxxed BTW). I watched her facial expressions and her reactions to things and the thing that stood out the absolute most to me was her frustration with everything. Frustration that she couldn’t move or coordinate the way she wanted to. Frustration that she couldn’t communicate the way she wanted to. From 0 to 6 months it was unbelievable to me, yet undeniable, that she KNEW another life...that she KNEW adulthood, and that she was VERY aware that she was now ‘trapped’ in this new form. If was startling at times, but she clearly had a wisdom that she had no way of expressing. This, of course, faded over time...but I’ll never forget it.

I prefer not to get into details but figured I'd just put my hash mark into the 'yes, sort of' column.

I've had numerous other life memories....I say "other life" because they aren't really in linear time. The lifetimes are most likely happening all at once, just in different dimensions.

I've had this reoccurring dream since I was a kid: I'm looking down at the earth from a far distance, watching it spin, hearing nothing - not a sound, then I am zoomed back and my view is widened to see thousands of earths, a backdrop of stars, galaxies, and an endless view of the universe. I am happy. I love and care for all that I see. I feel at peace, and I have no fear.

Two of my kids have said things that couldn't be anything but past lives.

I am personally confident that humans do not 're-incarnate', so no.

Has it happened? i say anything is possible. Overall i find the concept quite simplistic and nascently childlike.

I used to believe in reincarnation. I don’t anymore.
I remember the first feeling of self awareness was I estimate around 4 years old,
I stopped short with a strange feeling - “wow, I’m real, I’m here, I’m someone, this is so weird.” After that I was very self-conscious. Before that I was like on automatic pilot. Maybe some other spirit attached itself at that point or else it was really me becoming self aware for the first time.

Our current self embodies all of our experiences from "past lives". As designed, we are not to remember clearly what had happened in our past incarnations, but nonetheless those accumulated experiences and wisdom are subtly expressed in our current life as gut feelings, likes, and dislikes.

In many cases, not remembering our past lives might be better because bad things had happened due to immaturity and poor choices. No need to remember we died in a burning house because we irresponsibly played with fire, or we got slaughtered in a war because we believed we were superior to the opponent.

Dwelling in sorrow and regrets makes it much harder to move forward spiritually.

Something to ponder on, those who are now actively against violence had killed in their past lives. It is all part of growing up into maturity as humans through free will exploration.

For some reason the saying 'when all you have is a hammer everything is a nail' popped into my head.

Part of the contract for jumping into a human bio suit is amnesia.

If you remember a “past” life (they are all parallel/now btw) then it’s a mistake/bleed-thru.
