Try some meditation and do you have any grounding stones.

If this is a natural rising and not artificially induced , you will be fine , your soul is ready.

Also spend as much time in nature as you can , preferably walking bare foot.

Salt baths too may sooth the agitation, especially natual ocean swims if available.

You could try grounding exercises/meditations...

Spring water from nature helped me the most with this... being in sea water from the beach helps also...

I tried the walking barefoot in a park thing, on grass, near trees etc and it didn't do much releasing for me...

Natural spring water or sea water helped me immensely though when I needed to release residual energy....

Masturbation mostly keeps residual energy in us... it builds up rather than releases it in most people...
