The one thing they stress when you take the class is to please not try to teach it to anyone.
That feel certified instructors teach it best, as the techniques get changed or watered down in retelling by noon certified peeps.

The class is cheap. I think I paid 50 bucks for it. One you take it, you can go to any class with your certification card, and do it over as a refresher for free.

I took it another 2x. You learn something new each time.
The entire exercise focuses on opening the Chakras.

You do not have to be a follower of AMMA, or be buddhist to understand it.

Everyone is different. Yours might all be open naturally, or just certain one's are, while another may not.
There are Chakras outside our body. They are the angelic ones tied to the non physical plane. Only very mentaphysycally sensitive people will have these open naturally or easily.

First of all the root chakra has nothing to do with sex. Chakras are like little information storage cemters on different issues. The first chakras deals with survival information.

Chakras like the pupil in the eye should be able to open and close under the will of the person. Can you imagine your pupils being dilated all the time.

The problem for most people is that chakras get stuck when something external stimulates the information contained in them. programming and decision one makes and takes on during this life as well as genetic programming.

The trick is becoming consciously aware of each chakra and being able to open and close them at will. This can be accomplished in under a year using the right techniques for about an hour a day.

I think people need to be careful when messing with their charkas. They can attract things.

Its sounds to me you are talking about activating the kundalini. Three channels running from the first chaka up.

Two side channels the Ida and the pingala are the male and female channels with the central channel being the sushumna.

There are many techniques for achieving this. Like Kundalini yoga and rebirthing. Both are breathing techniques. I do not recommend these methods as they are not very conscious ways for raising the Kundalini. They are much more conscious ways that have less risk of creating severe problems along the way.

As the kundalini rises through each of the centers it activates in each chakra the blockages that exist in each one. These blockages are the result of programming decisions we have made since birth. When activated these programs effect what to attracts to us and what we create in life, which can be quite disturbing when compared to what we call normal life. And since with many techniques these are not conscious and you do not know how to consciously release the blockages they can create dire consequences in one's life.

I agree , if our great designer created these chakra's , then genetically and spiritually these chakra's will open organically on there own , when the time is right.

It's a similar context as the naturally functioning immune system, don't fuck with it.

My understanding of the Kundalini experience is that it is indistinguishable from madness. Just saying. Be careful of those chakras. There is a reason the Kundalini is described as a snake.

Risks and Precautions in Kundalini Awakening

What I am saying is that it is ok to accomplish this but learn techniques to do it consciously. Life is a mirror on a personal level, it reflects back to us what our programming and decisions during life are. It when looked at from this view point affords us on a daily basis to change heal and grow. It allows us to consciously take control of what we create in our personal reality. This is a very rewarding experience and can totally change ones life for the better.

The programming in the chakras is associated with what we call the subconscious. In a contest between the sub conscious and the conscious the subconscious belief system always wins out. Example. You say you want wealth consciously but through are programming, lets say religiously, we believe money is the root of all evil, guess what we create, no money. We want a good relationship but on a subconscious level we believe we are not good enough, what we end up creating is something far less than what we desire. A house divided will not stand

Yes this happens but can be avoided if you use the right techniques. One's that are conscious and with the tools to release the blockages as they are encountered. Otherwise the blockages tend to play out in ones life. Madness to say the least. lol

It's mainly about dissolving blockages and integrating the baser energies with the heart/mind and upper energy centers.
