The New Declaration of Independence for The United States of America -- [Some Creative Writing I Did]

I had to get my mind off things and read the Declaration of Independence again. It was always hard to understand because of some of the old english.

So I had the idea of sifting through it and make it easier to read. I also added a modern twist to it to try and make it more relevant to this day and age.

Its by no means meant to be represented as a replacement to the original. Just some evening fun.

The New Declaration of Independence for The United States of America

When in the progression of human events, if it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the political ties which have connected them with one another, and to undertake among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal position to which the laws of nature and of nature’s god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which drive them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are provided by their creator with certain absolute rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

To secure these rights, governments are established amongst men and women, originating their unbiased powers from the agreement of the governed, whenever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the right of the people to alter or to obliterate that government, and to establish a new government, laying its foundation on such values and organizing its powers in such form that it shall seem most likely to benefit from the peoples safety and happiness.

Carefulness, certainly, will command that governments that have been long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and therefore, all experience has proven, that mankind is more likely to sit and suffer from tolerated evils, than it is to change course themselves by abolishing the forms of government to which they are familiar with.

However, when a long train of abuses and encroachments, hunting perpetually the same, then reveals a design to subject them under an absolute dictatorship; it is their right, it is their duty, to overthrow such government, and to provide new safeguards for their future security.
Such a design is of absolute power and demands tolerance, no questions asked obedience, and subservience to the dictator or else one would face public ridicule and punishment without due process whether guilty or unguilty; and a necessary time such as now constrains the people to alter their systems of government. The history of the current establishment is a history of repeated corruption, grievances, violations, and fraud. All of which has the direct objective and modus operandi for the establishment of an absolute tyranny and technocracy over these united states. To prove this, let the facts herein be submitted to an honest world.

• They have refused their approval to laws, of the most sensible and necessary for the public good.
• They have forbidden the passage of laws that have immediate and pressing importance or have suspended new laws until an abusive quid-pro-quo can be taken; and when it is suspended, they have utterly neglected attention to them.
• They have refused to pass other laws for the housing of large areas of people in order to push them into large cities, unless those people would relinquish their rights of liberty in their local area, by imposing fines through subjugating ordinances, irrelevant fees, and property taxes, a right too tremendous for them not to pursue and it is inspiring to tyrants only.

• They have called together legislative, judicial, executive bodies through propaganda at unusual places that are deceptive, uncomfortable, expensive, and too distant from the depository of their public records, along with repetitive shunning for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with its measures.


• They have misrepresented the people repeatedly, and for anyone opposing them with firmness about their invasions on the rights of the people, are penalized.

• They have refused proper representation for a long time, and after such conclusions, they hand select others to be elected, and who can/can’t run for office through rigging of elections local and national; whereby the federal legislative powers, that are incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their implementation of complete tyranny; the states remaining in the meantime are exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions of infiltration from within.


• They have attempted to prevent the population of these united states from growing; for that purpose by obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither; by the constant push for abortions and degeneracy, and raising the conditions of new seizures of lands.

• They have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing approval and attention to factual evidence and current laws for which judiciary powers already established.


• They have made judges dependent on their will alone through blackmail, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

• They have erected a multitude of new offices and agencies and have sent forth swarms of officers and agents to harass and murder our people, destroy their substance and reputation, and render them destitute through arbitrary powers.


• They have kept among us, in times of peace, sleeper cell armies without the consent of our legislatures.

• They have altered to render the military independent of the people and superior to the civil power through the military industrial complex.


• They have combined with others to expose us to a dominion that is foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws, giving their approval to their acts of fake legislation.

• For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us for false narratives.


• For protecting them, by a bogus trial, from punishment for any murders or fraud which they should commit on the inhabitants of these united states.

• For cutting off and drastically reducing our trades and travel with all parts of the world.


• For imposing taxes on us without our consent.

• For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury and due process; in some instances, also tried by deceptive media and publicly exploited to the point the jury can become compromised through false reporting.


• For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for made up offences.

• For abolishing the free system of laws through election fraud and false flags, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries to render it at once an example and fit instrument of tyranny, thus introducing the same absolute rule into other states.


• For betraying our rights, abolishing our most valuable laws, and changing fundamentally the forms of our governments.

• For suspending our own legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.


• They have abdicated the responsibility of their oath and government, by declaring patriotic citizens domestic terrorists out of their protection and are waging war against us.

• They have plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our cities, and have destroyed the lives of our people and businesses.


• They are currently transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete their works of death, devastation, and total tyrannical rule. They have already begun with cases of cruelty & dishonesty hardly paralleled even in the most barbaric ages, and they are totally unworthy to be leaders of a civilized nation.

• They have restricted our fellow citizens that have been taken captive to bear arms against their country, in case they become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.


• They have provoked domestic insurrections amongst us and have strived to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, such as the merciless communists, whose known rule of warfare, is an unremarkable destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these persecutions, we have petitioned for redress in the most respectful terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury and stonewalling. A person whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting this in thoughts of our brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by the legislature to extend an inexcusable authority over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have pleaded to their native justice and generosity, and we have charmed them by the ties of our common ancestors to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence with our families and friends. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of blood kinship. We must, therefore, concede in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, and friends in peace.

We, therefore, the representatives of the united states of America, in general congress, assembled, appealing to the supreme judge of the world for the righteousness of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of these states, solemnly publish and declare, that these united states are, and of right ought to be free and independent states; that they are released from all allegiance to the new world order, and that all political connection between them and the tyrannical state, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may have the right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine wisdom, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
