Try more like 19k per taxpayer. They borrowed $6k per citizen, which includes taxpayers, as well as newborns, school kids, retirees on SS and Medicaid.

And I didn't get a penny of that $1400. Apparently I made too much, which means I paid too much in taxes to get any of it back.

The debt will never be paid back. It's past the point of no return. There are only 2 possible outcomes: bankruptcy or hyperinflation. Either one of those ends the USD world reserve currency status, and the quality of life that comes with an infinite credit card.

That's why there's such a rush to convert cash to real estate. Investors are panic selling the USD as fast as possible without causing a crash.
