I have about 30 plants started under lights right now, going to make an insane amount of jalapeño poppers for the freezer this year. |

I slice them up and put a serving into little wax paper parcels and put them into a freezer bag. I used to grow SO MANY peppers, they're so delicious & versatile jealous, can't grow anything now - deep forest, unfenced, many deer, lack of water bears too |

The have bits of onion and sliced carrots. Not cooked to death and soggy, they have a crunch and just the right amount of heat I use them on everything... great, now I'm hungry. The plants eventually adapt to your personally tailored wants and needs, sometimes even introducing new ones that you never thought you had. Like any (but especially ingestable) plants grown for the proper purposes, they end up 'growing' you. Once ya get a taste of that personalized symbiosis there's no going back.
