This separatist movement does not have much popular support from the rest of the country and I don't even know if it has that much support in the Southern States, despite having more strength.

The movement that I see gaining strength here in Brazil is that of military intervention. Today there will be demonstrations in practically all capitals.

And knowing the Brazilian people as I know them, I very much doubt that a civil war will happen here.
And if the personality of the Brazilian were not enough, there is another factor: the Brazilian people are unarmed.

The only people who have weapons in Brazil are the traffickers, police and armed forces.
