In places like Oklahoma, you’re “allowed” to grow 6 plants for yourself. If you pay the $2500 license fee, you can grow commercial.

I am so jealous of todays younger people under 30. They have many hardships to face, but sneaking around smoking weed won't be one of them. Potheads become millionares, own homes, jet planes, big ranches. All the lost human potential over the years for so many people, never being able to be employed in the mainstream, always having to hide, never fitting in during our 20s because eveyone was doing cocaine and drinking and pot was looked down upon in the 1980s. Endless nights of wandering the edges of parking lots sneaking puffs while people fill bars and drive highways fueled with booze.

What a sad life. What a sad society.

They need to fast track leagliztion now as far as I'm concered. It will employ over 600,000 people in the US alone at retail, not to mention millions worldwide.

The downside of that is you have to live in Oklahoma. Living there means two harsh realitys, driving everywhere on really crap roads, long distances just to get here to there, and, harsh weather, very harsh. Very windy, a biting wind, dry in summer, and this weekend, they get hit with the blizzard, where as the mid south was rainy and 65 degrees today.

You pay a price for eveything. What Oklahoma is about to do that will make it a Gold rush pot state is allowing out of state residents to get a growing license, set up the grow, and go home. You won't have to maintain a residence. All bets are off when they make that law. Plus rec weed should be coming soon as well.

But, the weather. Harsh, windy, and the western side if the state is more like a desert. Not fun. Northeastern Oklahoma is much nicer and greener but there is nothing there, no city, no culture but outdoor life.

You almost have to know how to fly a Cessna to live in these places, to remote.

I'm jealous. Sucks having a job that is subjected to random drug testing. I know what I'll be doing in retirement.

in fact if things dont work out being a land dweller, im starting a colony of sea-fairing fandangos to live in a waterworld type fashion.... free from all laws and living as god intended.

ive been out of it for a long time, so, are there any new strains that smell and taste as good as the old columbian and acapulco gold strains of the 70's? Ive been with smokers in my band and they all cough and gag and it smells like toxic waste.
