I'm in Houston, and I had the need to visit Walgreens last night. A "masks required" sign was displayed on the door, and all the customers in the store were wearing masks, about ten people in total.

I walked in without a mask and successfully completed my shopping and transaction without incident.

So, the Walgreens location in my area is not turning away business due to BS corporate policy. Smart.
