hey OP...what do you fear exactly??? that The laws will be destroyed and they will take what is rightfully yours???
I do not understand....

Explain how a trust can undergo a background check in order to receive a firearm from an individual and unless parent to child or visa versa all transfers have to go through an FFL and the transferrer and transferee both have to undergo background checks... you need to understand the existing laws before spewing nonsense
