After almost 3 hours of polling, it looks like "40%" is going to win this poll. Almost entirely unexpected.

We'll find out later today how accurate our GLP polls are.

my theory:

it's being pre-recorded

it has been in production all week

nothing about it will be live/spontaneous

the tell: he will refer to "heros" or sympathetic victims, whose images will appear onscreen -- those cuts will allow for editing.

they will also change camera angles to make cuts, as was done for his big convention "speech"

watch also for subtle changes in his wardrobe, hair and makeup, which might be difficult to match precisely over the course of days it is taking him to record the "speech"

as for the immediate future,

consider the suggestion that he will put on a live press conference

i think that will be a carefully staged event, with "journalists" asking scripted "questions" that Biden will be able to answer by referring to teleprompters
