Tracking ISS with my telescope live!

Tomorrow morning 6 am eastern, 10:00 UT, I will be tracking and webcasting a 67 degree high pass of ISS. Weather is forecast to be clear so it should be good. We'll be able to see the SpaceX Crew-1 Dragon docked to the front of the station.

Re: Tracking ISS with my telescope live!
I saw that sighting for tomorrow. For me it's 7:04 am, just a little north of Tampa. Max height of 74 degrees for 7 minutes. Should be good. Think I'll set my binoculars outside over night to minimize the dew problem.

Setting my alarm.

If anybody wants to check ISS sightings for their area, click this and punch in your zip code.

Check your time zone information because that doesn't sound right to me. I've got two different applications telling me it will be 6:00 a.m. not 7:00 a.m. There's no way there's an hour difference between you and Tampa and my location. Spotthestation seems to have jumped the gun on the time change this weekend.

 Quoting: Boss351Mustang

Because the rockets that launched the components, mostly the space shuttle, did not have the ability to launch the components to the moon and that was not the purpose of this space station. Lunar Gateway is proposed for a lunar halo orbit but will serve a different purpose and is not intended to be as large as ISS.
Yeah, we know.

I have a ton of Apophis data that I still need to process, just haven't had time this week. Might be able to get around to some of it this weekend, but I'm also prepping to film a launch this weekend and test my remote tracking code.

More fake bs from NASA. They hire writers to create those fake studies and nobody ever seems to notice. Most people will believe anything they see without actually thinking or trying to understand.
