CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WWBT/Gray News) - Kroger says a small number of people who came to the Little Clinic at their location off of Midlothian Turnpike to get their COVID-19 vaccines ended up getting an “empty syringe” after the company previously said it was a saline shot.

In a statement, the company says it was an “honest mistake.” They went on to say, “All impacted customers were contacted and have now received the COVID-19 vaccine. We apologize for this oversight and the inconvenience caused for these customers.”

Earlier on Wednesday, Kroger said the shots were saline, but the company now said they were actually “empty syringes.”

Kroger also didn’t specify how many people were impacted by this mix-up, only saying it was a small number of people.

These "vaccines" are coded. Each vile has a QR code and clear labeling.

Why would they have just vials of saline solution?

i think actually that there is another group of elite that DONT want the reset and they DONT want the mass killing via vaccinations so they used a vaccination with saline, which i think is awesome.

No way in hell were they empty.
Depending on where they were administered, the nurse, Dr, or pharmacist would have to draw it up into a syringe since they are multi-dose vials.
I have never seen saline in a vial, though I suppose it COULD be available that way.
Kroger would not have had it in vials. It makes no sense that a grocery chain would carry that in their pharmacy.

Empty syringe?

Every nurse and medic I know always inspects a syringe before injection. Just to make certain it is in one piece and the contents look right.

35 year RN here and yes we are trained to completely verify every aspect of the actual injection. They're lying.
