Mitzvah refers to a commandment commanded by God to be performed as a religious duty. Traditionally, it is held that there are 613 such commandments.
How does following these 613 rules make earth a paradise?
Any examples of communities that have done this and have become like paradise on earth ?

Although it applies to Holy Days and Chewish rituals and Restrictions and all of that, it also simply applies to how you treat people...to be a Mensch. That said, define "Paradise" because you know...that's tough.
