It's a mess that can be spun so many ways. In its divisiveness on outdated definitions of race ("black owned" "hispanic owned" - is it American owned or not?), intrusive and unprofessional sex/gender labeling that has no bearing on product quality or value, it lets people either support or boycott perceived, labelled groups.

If I was an Enemy of the State, if I wanted to destroy America, I would implement the processes being imposed upon us today.

As Americans we should literally be doing the opposite.
