His "I'm stepping down" speech?
Quoting: TheEmptyChild He's going to announce that he's lowered the age of consent to 8 yrs old nationwide... that'll be all that he'll be able to read from the cue cards before he stumbles off muttering and they cut the feed. Oh come now...no way you believe he'll be using cue cards. It'll be a prerecorded delivery with teleprompter just like during the campaign.  Probably started working on it a week ago.
