Joe will NEVER be removed by the 25th Amendment.
"They" will NEVER allow Joe to be portrayed as anything less than the 2nd coming. Joe will be either die of whatever is wrong with him, or be assassinated by the government. The government will then spin the shit out of either scenario into an assassination by "domestic terrorists".
2nd Amendment will be obliterated instantly.
