A couple interesting points brought up in the video, but “smoke” isn’t one of them. This happens on cold mornings, especially if when a front comes through (warm, humid sewers escaping into cold morning air).

Last time I went out to DC to visit the folks, I came upon a gridlock traffic situation at 3:00 AM on the beltway. Grid lock in both directions. Mid week. DC is a ghost town is the word from the ground. I put in a request to sniff the smoke/steam to see by smell. I'll report back results.

Sitting here looking at the world through one screen or another, it's hard to say what is going on. This is what I know for sure: DC is under some kind of military lock down. This is not anything close to normal and none of the reasons they are giving make any real sense.
War is stirring up in the mid east, so whomever took over, they are a different club because it looks as though we could get pulled into that war that isntreal has been itching for since 2001. Trump brought peace and was proud of it. As an anti war hippie from way back, I noticed that Trump does not like war. Something has shifted.
The Texas weather war had something to do with them trying to secede...federalism.
It is plain to see that the man they are calling president is a straw man. He's never going to give a State of the Union address. Are 'they' going to stage a ff to make sure of that? It's also plain that the election was stolen. Apply logic to the numbers who supposedly voted.

There’s steam from vents ... but they only are seen in the morning when it’s really cold.

I’ve watched the WH feed and by 7:30am the steam is gone.

But this video is showing thick smoke...not steam. And it’s coming up later in the day and in places that don’t have vents.
