I don't really have a problem with this. These hunts are not illegal and giraffes are not endangered. Yes, unfortunately no one but poachers and thieves profit from this. To me - this is really no different that hunting feral hogs here in the US.

Yes the pose with the heart is a bit odd but the world has all types.
