I have an idea which is to develop an organizational app - on TOR or some other method. It will serve to collect intelligence, formulate a plan, execute a plan, manage and collect resources. Perhaps eventually govern..

Some problems to work out are:

- How to prevent infiltration

- How to manage what is covert and what is publicly viewable

- How to elect leaders/govenors
