Re: Loyalty....
Yeah - respect and loyalty should be intertwined.

I really am not remembering what you are saying about running into "yogas?"

Yoga means union...so I guess we can run into union.

You can run the whole thing by me again and i'll see what comes up?
 Quoting: Bodhi Sita

It must have been pure madness then ...

.. I was probably having a conversation with her in my head at the time...

strange ...

Kings of the East huh?

Like the eastern philosophies ... budda ... monks ...

I heard this one story. Kind of strange in a way. About this guy riding his bike on a beautiful afternoon. Clear sky, no weather ... light breeze. On a bike trail they have ridden many many times.

On the back side there sat this .... yoga .... sitting on a stool next to the path. No one else on this particular stretch ... just this weird meditating guy .. staring at the incoming pedestrians ... for some reason.

Then, for some reason .. never invited .. almost tasted like 'battle'. Reality 'loosens' a bit and the bike magically goes off the side of the trail ... down a 45 degree grass embankment. So, said rider simply slides the bike into the grass, unclips from the pedals, picks the bike up and carries it back to the trail.

At this point, the 'eastern dude' gets off of his stool, picks it up and ... walks away.

hmmmmmmm

for some reason. that ride will always remain clear as a bell.

Peace ... I hope you have a wonderful day.
 Quoting: TheFool

hmmm..field change.

yet i wonder why weird meditating guy was in the middle of the path...that seems strange.

on stool in nature?

curiouser and curiouser

also - thoughts of bike rider at time.

many variables.

How did you know the thought of "battle?"

That might hit a field a bit hard.

also 45 degree angle- dimensional perhaps>

Re: Loyalty....
What does it mean to you?
 Quoting: Bodhi Sita

Loyalty would be best served / described as

a dedication to the Truth of who you are, granted

in allegiance toward and with another whos Truth

is fully known to yourself, and is reciprocal.

An ultimate bond in faith through Truth of knowing

Secrets? Nothings a secret when the mind is ready to understand.

You read a lot of books on this stuff?

Enlist Mother Gaia?

Could the answer be anything besides love and devotion?

What frequency is pure Love and Compassion.

Been there - under the bus....

I asked last night if there was a single word in existence that hasn't been corrupted...the answer is no.

Sometimes its best to apply humor and make jokes about the whole thing instead of engaging in a conversation where the other part only airs words for popular opinion from bystanders, while you speak from your heart.

Thats the whole game in a nutshell, the word game atleast

Re: Loyalty....
If I do something to help you it builds loyalty to me.

Other sorts of loyalty are not so honest such as people who are loyal to those who feed them or else they might die. Most of general society thinks like this. They won't smash the system which oppresses them because it also feeds them.

They know of no other way and have not been able to conceive the idea of a better one so they stay loyal out of survival instinct.

You help me and I help you creates loyalty which is strong and lasting.

Deceivers can make you loyal to them by giving you a little and getting a lot from you but making you think the deal was worth it. Repeated over and over they actually own you and can ask you to do things for them you would not normally do.

"

Thats a slippery slope right there all too often people will hold that up on other people as a token, ive experienced it all too often that people will want me to do something and if i dont want to they bring it up again and again as an endless bargaining chip as if me and the person were some kind of corperate firms trading shares.

If people think that by helping others they gain bargaining chips for later use they do it with the wrong intentions and the relationship between people gets scaled down from freinds to "usefull assets"

And that is the END of the freindship.
