Wells Fargo here, nothing special but a checking account. One thing with Fidelity is they only let limit orders be within 50% of last trade price (not including after hours.) So for instance, I wouldn't be able to even buy 1 share @ 168 LIMIT since the close was only ~91 bucks! ...but after hours finished at 168! That's basically what happened here. It was virtually instantaneous. It did take at least a business day (I did this all on a late Saturday night) but the money was there for trading before anything deducted from the bank account.
