I have and nothing makes sense. Take the City I live San Diego, for example. For 2020, the average 1 bedroom in my City is $2,200 per month. Average price of gas now $3.50/gallon. Average price of a car $20,000-30,000. Average cost utilities per month $130. Cell phone subscription $100 per month. Healthcare $430 per month. Internet $50/month. Television $100/month. Food $600/month.

Most of the jobs in San Diego are military or service-industry. Service industry jobs pay $13/hour. Mind you they've close gyms, restaurants, bars and other deemed "non-essential" businesses, so you need to take that into account. Also no conventions. no Sea World and other deemed "non-essential" like movie theatres etc.

I made $11 hour in 1992. I lived in a gated community on Lake Murray In La Mesa (San Diego Community) for $375/month. There I had tennis courts, a lake, sauna/jacuzzi, there was a guard, swimming pool and my own parking spot. Gas was $1.15 per hour. A brand new Toyota pickup truck cost $7,500. The guy was $20 per month. I had no internet, no television and no phone, just a voicemail box. Back in 1992 I'm guestimating I spent maximum $200 a month on food. It was fucking inexpensive. I even had a zoo pass for $50 per year unlimited times.

Now tell me HOW THE FUCK PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR THOSE PRICES IN SAN DIEGO AT $13/HOUR? THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE THE SURFERS WITH WET SUITS AND BOARDS, AFFORDING THEIR STARBUCKS AND ORGANIC AND DOING TAKE-OUTS AT RESTAURANTS

Very simple, they are living off of either parents, family, or friends. They are sucking the generational wealth from the previous generations that lived when things were in check. I know so many people in their 20s, 30s, and even 40s who are making less than 40k or 50k with a wide and 2 kids and yet they have a 300k house, brand new Audi's and Bimmers and fresh designer threads.

This is by design. You suck the generational wealth from families while jacking up the costs of living and brainwash the masses into mindless consuming it will come to a point where they will run out of mommy and daddy's money and they'll lose their homes, their cars, and with no survival skills or preps........only one way to go.

Those scummy looking people at the hotels are often truck drivers and visiting tradesmen. They just look poor and don't really live life to look pretty for you.
Those clean cut people who make $13 an hour often live far out of town. There are all kinds of people willing to commute for petty jobs in hot cities and towns. They like to get away from home & feel part of the action. They also think a rich customer will come along who thinks they're special, marry them, cut them in on something etc..p
