As far as re-hiring you...not sure why you would want to continue to work for them again. With that being said, as far as being re-hired is about nil, unless they need to fill some quota....maybe if you are a black or hispanic woman. |

So it wasn't realy "misconduct" (lack of intent) it was "violation" of compamy policy and in some states, state law. That being said, next question should be how do they know her age? And where is the proof. Sounds to me you were set up so the could give your "job" to someone the was more...let's say fit there "model" of a Walmart" employee. |

Supposedly the grandfather contacted the store because he was angry upon seeing the alcohol when they got home. They claim the girl was 13 but I don't believe it,..my manager kept reassuring me that it's not misconduct and he would hire me back after 60 days...but besides that, I still,don't get why does the unemployment website tell me to keep recertifying weekly when I'm not eligible ???? What's the point ????? It says I'm not eligible til 10/21. Does that mean I can get the money then ? |

I was “exhausted and in pain...” OP here, I have severe fibromyalgia and there's not a day that goes by that I am not in a large amount of pain. I have been in pain 20 years and have sick sons to care for too, we have no family, nobody. I get no pain meds |
