Must be a Canada thing.

its not govs right to invade a persons privacy over gender issues.
gender is not mentioned in the constitution.

Why are employers willing to hire somebody under qualified?

I painted my skin green and got hired immediately.

Canada is so "woke" that they are looking to hire minorities so that there are more asians/blacks/gays, etc. in the workplace compared to white people.

I don't believe qualifications are of importance any more, compared to the agenda.

Why would you tell the truth if it disqualifies you? What are you trying to prove?

What is "visible minority and gender status"? If it's visible, why do you have to declare it?

They don’t know what you look like yet while doing an online application. As a “new patient” in 2018, there were about 8 other options beyond “male” & “female!” I just took a marker to it... Enough! Keep this sickness out of my face!!
