Have you been paying attention in Florida? Businesses are maskless & allow people to shop w/out masks.

Private businesses can still require anything they want of employees and customers.

Military and healthcare can still force it on their employees.

This lawsuit seems worthless.

Probably best that we leave it up to God to direct our paths, that we might meet like-minded individuals. You can always pray that He’d send kindred spirits your way, as He is the best judge of character.

Also i have family in florida and they say masks are required everywhere.

WRONG!

I live in Tampa.

99% of business still require masks and have signs posted at entry points.

Some still require temperature checks.

DISGUSTING.

In the face of future public health emergencies like the Coronavirus, a precedential Supreme Court decision about the government’s power to protect citizens by quarantine and forced vaccinations could receive new interest.

On February 20, 1905, the Supreme Court, by a 7-2 majority, said in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts could fine residents who refused to receive smallpox injections. In 1901, a smallpox epidemic swept through the Northeast and Cambridge, and Massachusetts reacted by requiring all adults receive smallpox inoculations subject to a $5 fine. In 1902, Pastor Henning Jacobson, suggesting that he and his son both were injured by previous vaccines, refused to be vaccinated and to pay the fine. In state court, Jacobson argued the vaccine law violated the Massachusetts and federal constitutions. The state courts, including the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, rejected his claims. Before the Supreme Court, Jacobson argued that, “compulsion to introduce disease into a healthy system is a violation of liberty.”

On February 20, 1905, the Supreme Court rejected Jacobson’s arguments. Justice John Marshall Harlan wrote about the police power of states to regulate for the protection of public health: “The good and welfare of the Commonwealth, of which the legislature is primarily the judge, is the basis on which the police power rests in Massachusetts,” Harlan said “upon the principle of self-defense, of paramount necessity, a community has the right to protect itself against an epidemic of disease which threatens the safety of its members.”

Jacobson had argued that the Massachusetts law requiring mandatory vaccination was a violation of due process under the 14th Amendment, particularly the right “to live and work where he will” under the precedent of Allgeyer v. Louisiana (1897), a case that found that a state law preventing certain out-of-state insurance corporations from conducting business in the state was unconstitutional restriction of freedom of contract under the 14th Amendment. Harlan answered that while the Court had protected such liberty, a citizen:

USA scotus already ruled and set a precedent for mandatory vaccinations, so USA is fuqed like the rest of the World

School has been requiring vaccines for a long time now.

I run a big a company of 124 employees in FL. None will be required to get vaccines.

You do NOT ask Criminals NOT to Execute YOU.

Not true. THere is no medical exemption in NYS anymore.

The media has enough people brainwashed to accept the vaccines.

COVID19 shots ARE NOT VACCINATIONS, VACCINATIONS IN NAME ONLY. COVID19 injections are gene therapy. Big difference than vaccination. Its like calling veggie burgers, meat.

My daughter got certified to administer the vaccine and part of this was having to ALSO get certified in CPR!

I will look to see if anyone, particularly RFK Jr, has a template for that type of thing. My husband is 55 and even though he's in good health, I saw the VAERS data and I don't like it.

It's a start and may begin to push the pendulum in the other direction. If tens of millions of people or more begin to shift their shopping habits to those small stores that don't mandate masks, more and more stores, their owners and employees will want to save their businesses and jobs. With more and more people going out and about with no masks, how long before the military and hospitals and doctors come to realize they have lost their propaganda role. At some point, the critical mass of the intelligent beings outnumber the sheep; or so one would think.
