The next day of the week that actually honours Mars is next Tuesday (Mars Day). This is not just any ordinary Tuesday, it is 2/23 or 223 for skull and bones and not only that, it is the day Iran ends snap elections with the IAEA.

So, from what you know so far with the world history, nuclear has been a no no for World Leaders hence Iran nuclear Deal.
