Doug ducey didn’t allow our senate to get called back into session to deal with it. Under AZ state law, because we were under the Corona emergency, only he could call them in.

The courts quashed the previously issued subpoena.

Even if the legislature creates a new law allowing them to subpoena the County, the County can still challenge the Constitutionality of the new law in court. The court will probably view the law as an attempt at an end-run around the original order quashing the subpoena and state that the law is either invalid or doesn't legally obligate the County to actually produce the records.

Just give up already. This is all for show so you'll keep voting for your republican state senators, even though they're actually doing jack shit to help you.
