Interesting. The Wolly Bear Caterpillar predicted a harsh winter for the South.

I just entered Tx on I-30, nice 60 degrees F, no more snow on the ground.

Re: Pics of Snow Covered Texas Seaside Towns on the Gulf Coast- Shocking
I was in Kemah and the Galveston area on Tuesday during the frozen blackout. I was driving around looking for extra fuel. There were some areas that still had power, while others did not. The main drag of Kemah still had power, and the streets were very drivable on Tuesday.

I didn't see any pics like the one shown for Kemah and Galveston. I also stated this earlier, and the OP deleted my post and banned me from posting on their thread.

Again, I'm calling BS to the Kemah and Galveston pics. Why are you suppressing the truth, OP?

I grew up in Houston area, and for a while I lived in Kemah/Seabrook. That's unbelievable.

To clarify, the Galveston Seawall pic looks accurate, but the frozen car does not, unless a water pipe above it burst and the wind blew the water all over it as it froze, which could happen.

I don't believe you. The Kemah pic is was posted from a personal friend of mine and the Galveston pics are from Houston News sources and Texas pages on FB.

I did delete it. I'm sick of trolls who try to demean, derail, belittle, berate and demoralize every thread and every person here. If you're not a troll I apologize.

These are real pics from around the Houston area. I am not lying. Fuck off.

You should see these amazing pics of the frozen water features at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
