Just a few minutes here and there when I have to wear it at work, and I work mostly from home anyway. When doing my weekly shopping - under the nose 90% of the time. Breathe fresh air, not your waste CO2, some coming back to you after bouncing off a filthy, bacteria laden, ineffective mask. Just imagine what smokers are expelling then re-inhaling???? Yeah, it's gross. You need oxygen for metabolism and to prevent brain cells from dying. Whey you reduce oxygen intake, brain cells die. That's probably what they want though. We all know the example of being without air for just a couple minutes and what that can do to the brain, also, what heavy drinking does to the brain (that steals oxygen too). And now, people are voluntarily reducing their oxygen intake to comply with the mandates. Something very insidious is going on.
