Just a few minutes here and there when I have to wear it at work, and I work mostly from home anyway. When doing my weekly shopping - under the nose 90% of the time. Breathe fresh air, not your waste CO2, some coming back to you after bouncing off a filthy, bacteria laden, ineffective mask. It is shocking how conforming the sheeple are. I will never look at humans the same again
