I live someplace where if I don't wear a mask to the grocery store (which is the only public place I ever go these days), I can expect the cops to show up 100%.

So I got a thin merino wool balaclava. They are very breathable, extremely comfortable, and I don't have to deal with idiots.

They are so thin and breathable that they can even be worn when it is warm. Then in the summer, the grocery stores crank the AC, and it is actually comfortable to wear such a balaclava.
