Retired cops, vets issue urgent warning about bill that would make a gun registry – but it’s worse than you imagined



WASHINGTON, DC- As Law Enforcement Today reported a couple of weeks ago, a bill that has been proposed in Congress is the biggest assault on the Second Amendment probably ever, and its provisions will put a number of Americans in danger.

Among those expressing concern about the provisions of the bill are retired police officers, who claim one provision, a searchable gun registry puts their lives in danger by publicizing how many firearms are in their homes and where they are stored, as we warned.

Under H.R. 127, proposed by leftist Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), a mandatory registry would be created which lists the names of gun owners, the number of firearms in the home, and where they are stored.
