I never attempted justified it. I wouldn't. But some would and need to learn. Possibly on the bright side, someone saw this and thought twice about their pet animal next time. Look at what could happen. It's happening. I'm sure in part neglect, but to call pos, need to be exterminated (which wasn't said yet) etc is not the solution to knee jerk reaction. My sons pipes froze in Houston this morning. It's below zero there.

Many shop owners keep a guard dog...it's a work animal and not a pet...You ruin them if you treat them nice...My dad had a German Sheppard and I made a pet out of him so he made me take him home to live out his life lol

My step dad didn't believe in house dogs, so the dog stayed in the dog house chained during winter and froze as hard as a Popsicle one subzero night. It was a miniature poodle mix.

Hope they put him on the list of those not allowed to own animals any longer. That's just bullshit. Owners are responsible for the well-being of their kids and pets who cannot take care of theselves.
