Emergency services is only required to divulge call-outs by a formal FOIA request in writing. They don't have to tell you squat over the phone. It is called patient privacy.
Quoting: tiger1 No it’s not dipshit. Anyone can call at anytime and enquire as to an incident on public roads. Fuck off ahill. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76427440 No, they don't have to tell you, and they won't. I never had to answer an inquiry, unless it was in writing, and then it went to my superior. Quoting: tiger1 The police are more than happy to answer enquires about accidents on public roads you moron. Now you’ve changing your story I see, nice try shill. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76427440 I didn't change my story at all. I am giving you the protocol for the department I worked for, and for the other departments in my area. This is standard for most departments across the country, whether it is strictly EMS services, local, county, or state police. They don't have to tell you squat.
