I drove that highway.....Its a TOLL ROAD ...
ITS not a Interstate Free road.....
Who came up with this Toll Road shitty ideas....
Im in California and we dont have really any of those here...
Toll roads all need to shut down...

They started toll roads in the 70s. It was supposed to be for a short time to help pay to repair west Virginia turnpike. Kind of like the lockdowns 2 weeks to flatten the curve turns into 2 years
