People not used to ice conditions and locking up their breaks. You don't do that. If you start sliding and turning, you turn into the direction you're sliding until you get control back then try to slow down or stop.
Really though all these warm weather states should have some emergency salt stockpiles just in case. It's ridiculous they are not salting their highways.
